China's navy escort fleet conducts combat training

The 14th navy escort fleet of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (or PLA) is carrying out combat training in adverse sea conditions in the Indian Ocean, to effectively test the emergency response capabilities of its commando members.

The training includes precision rifle shooting, light weapons shooting, precision pistol shooting as well as search training. During the training, the commando members need to overcome the rough seas and strong sunlight.
